Interviews conducted by Giulia Porcu & Margherita Greco

Transcripts curated by Le Xuan Yeo

@zoecarla4propa — Carla Giordano-Dinh & Zoé De Mones Del Pujol

Q. What is your name and what is the position that you are running for?

Zoé: My name is Zoé, I’m running for PROPA as Head of Comms.

Carla: My name is Carla and I am running as a treasurer.

Q. Why did you choose to run for this role? What makes you the best possible candidate for it?

Zoé: I really love to do Canvas, I have quite good creativity, and my top overall app is Pinterest.

Carla: For me, it’s more like calculation, math, logic. And I’m doing an Excel certification so I think it would fit.

Zoé: I did the comms of LHMUN 2026. It was such a good experience, so I have experience, I love to do it and I have free time and I’m ready to do it.

Carla: And we are really compatible, so I think it’s more like the duo that fits PROPA and not individually. So we really love the PROPA spirit and we’re just really excited to present PROPA.

Q. What will be your top three priorities for next year?

Carla: We want to organise the best events possible.

Zoé: Of course, win the Prix de L’Ambiance.

Carla: And create more music representing PROPA spirit.

Q. If readers could take away just one thing from this interview, what do you want it to be?

@mv.smurfs — Manon Bourdenet & Victor Deslandes

Manon Bourdenet

Q. What is your name and what is the position that you are running for?

Hi I’m Manon and I’m running for co-president at PROPA.

Q. Why did you choose to run for this role? What makes you the best possible candidate for it?

I believe PROPA isn’t necessarily something you just join, it’s also something we embody. And ever since I joined the campus, I saw PROPA and the blue wave and the blue spirit emerging everywhere and I always wanted to be a part of it. And now I want to make the title official because I’ve always felt that I was representing this blue title, blue wave.

As our slogan tells us, once a blue, forever blue so I want to keep ongoing this legacy of the blue wave and the blue spirit. And I want PROPA to be remembered for its noise and really the ambiance it is creating inside the campus but also at the events that are organised outside of the campus.

Q. What will be your top three priorities for next year?

First of all, of course, win and bring back home because we really deserve it.

Second of all, I want to create more cohesion between all the associations on campus, including PROPA, because as the supporting association, to all the sports and arts, because they really go and work well together.

And finally, I would love PROPA to be really more visible, not only on the exterior aspect of campus during competitions but also in the everyday campus life.

Q. If readers could take away just one thing from this interview, what do you want it to be?

I want people to remember that PROPA isn’t just noise, it’s also heart. And the colour blue is representing our campus, it’s the representation of all of us and so technically we are all PROPA.

Victor Deslandes

Q. What is your name and what is the position that you are running for?

Hi, my name is Victor and I am running for PROPA as co-president with Manon.

Q. Why did you choose to run for this role? What makes you the best possible candidate for it?

I chose the role of co-president because I really think it is what makes you have this reason that can change PROPA and afterwards, well, just the vibe of the campus itself. Which is why at first I wanted to do at first, co-president, and even if I don’t get this role, I would like to do Event Manager so I can be a part of the event and prepare for them.

I’m not sure I could say myself as, “I’m the best candidate”, it would be a bit narcissistic. But I really like to have fun and PROPA helps me have fun this year on campus. So that’s why I want to help 2As, 1As and the next 1As to feel integrated and well, just meet new people.

Q. What will be your top three priorities for next year?

Well, I feel like I don’t even need three priorities. The only priority I have is just vibing and get the vibes of the PROPA. So that’s it.

Q. If readers could take away just one thing from this interview, what do you want it to be?

Have fun!
